  1. Tracy,
Your quotes are beautiful. Children a truly a gift from God. Raising them is not a task that we should take lightly, because of his great love for them. I will never understand how people can abuse them. Children's souls are truly one of the greatest responsibilities that we have. When their souls are nurtured, everything else falls in place in their lives.

  2. My favorite quote is how children are made readers on their parents's laps! How perfect! I wish all the parents out there would understand that quote! It is proven that reading with your child for 20 minutes a day is the best way to foster their reading! Thank you for all your discussions and ideas throughout this class.

  3. Tracy,

I sincerely would like to say thank you for all the many wonderful class discussions that have occurred this past eight weeks because you have taken the time to respond with meaningful and thought provoking responses that speak to not only furthering our learning but speaks to our work with children and families in all capacities. I love your quote that says "nothing you do for children is ever wasted". I guess that's what I love best about early childhood... we do what we can, with what we have, where we are, and children love us! Best wishes with your program endeavors.
